The Primal Wife
I don't think I've shared the fact we are a Primal family. I may have alluded to it but I haven't gone into the reasons. This is a new way of life for our family. Five years ago, on a trip to California to visit my Aunt and Uncle, I started to suffer debilitating gut aches. I couldn't figure out what was going on. I was very perplexed and in much pain. For years I suffered. Two years ago I finally decided gluten was my issue. I stopped eating it for a time and felt immensely better! Then, I would get a hankering for pasta and indulge, only to feel horrid. I did this off and on over the next year, sometimes by accident (either being fed or eating something I didn't realize had gluten in it), sometimes just because a pasta dish looked so fantastic.
